About Us

Founded by Gustad and Monthana Irani in 2011, JWM began with a simple goal: to create the kind of school they wanted for their own children. After moving from Scottsdale, Arizona to Bangkok, Thailand, they needed a learning environment that fully aligned with their values and vision for education. Using the Montessori philosophy, they established JWM as a nurturing, safe, and trusted environment for their three children  and for many more families seeking child-centered education.

What began as a school for their family has since grown into a diverse learning community dedicated to fostering independence, character, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.
